Business Owners & FinCEN

Certain businesses in the U.S. may be required to report information about their beneficial owners—those who ultimately own or control the company. This reporting is managed by the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN), a bureau of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

To determine if your business is required to file and for more details on reporting requirements, visit the official FinCEN website: FinCEN Beneficial Ownership Information.

If you lack the time or prefer Covert Team's assistance in filing your business information, we offer this service for a fee of $250
